New work!

I was very much influenced by anime when I was younger, and I don't think I want to completely lose my taste for that aesthetic, which is what's been happening as I immerse myself deeper and deeper into the gorgeous world of american feature animation. Guys like Dice Tsutsumi and Paul Felix and Glen Keane have been having such strong impact on my work lately, I think this painting was me shifting towards some of my earlier obsessions. I like what came out of it but there's still a lot meshing of influences to come.

This is a really amazing piece of art. One thing I've come to love about your style is the amount atmopshere you put into your work. You, yourself, are a true inspiration.
